I just consumed about a half gram of carbs. lol. I wanted to make sure the hot dogs were done enough, so I cut the end off of one and ate it. Strangely, that has satisfied by craving and I feel fine now. And it's hardly enough to cause a problem in my diet. lol. Hell, I could eat a whole hot dog and only get 3 grams of carbs which would not be enough to screw up my diet, either. Technically, 30 grams is my daily limit, but I can occasionally get away with 35-40 as long as I don't do it everyday. Still, I am going to try to behave...no sense tempting myself unnecessarily, right?
