will show you how I'm doing so far now that I restarted my diet and exercise program. So far, so good. I feel good about it. I've lost about 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and I wasn't even trying yet. lol. Probably the heat and humidity...haven't eaten as much, plus sweating and drinking more water.
