| The only problem with low-carb dieting is you don't feel full as long. lol. But, you can eat a lot of protein and still lose weight, as I've done before but always ended up going back to eating too many carbs in a moment of stress and weakness. To combat urges, I am having a couple small hamburger patties with a light sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese on top. (less than one gram of carbs total.)
