The only problem with low-carb dieting is you don't feel full as long. lol. But, you can eat a lot of protein and still lose weight, as I've done before but always ended up going back to eating too many carbs in a moment of stress and weakness. To combat urges, I am having a couple small hamburger patties with a light sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese on top. (less than one gram of carbs total.)
This will assuage my hunger and make me less likely to want to snack on "bad" stuff.
