Ugh...today started out so well, but went downhill on me. I was so stressed after work...I'd forgotten to take my pain pills beforehand and was in severe pain by the end of my shift, plus, the one manager was NOT paying attention and I had to keep repeating myself when I needed stuff, so my irritation level went sky high. I'm not even going to try to count the carbs at this point. I went WAY over. Sigh. Also, after not smoking for 18.5 hours I ended up having half a cig at 2PM, half a cig around 3:30 PM, half a cig around 4 pm and a whole cig at 5 PM. I also had another whole cig at 6:15 PM. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to try to quit by cutting down first instead of cold turkey. I've had 3.5 cigs today...so I can have one more before bed. Then, tomorrow, I'll try to only have 3 cigs total. Saturday: 2 Sunday: 1 and then hopefully Monday I'll be ok. We'll see. Wish me luck! At least I got quite a bit of exercise today. Besides Curves...I walked to and from work, was on my feet for 3 hours and a lot of walking around as well at work...then tonight I walked to the store and walked back carrying about 30 pounds of groceries.
