I’m Following the Leader Again
11 Izzat 163 B.E. – September 18, 2006

Today begins a new installment of the Follow the Leader: A Journaling Contest. I always enjoy this contest, even when I don’t participate. However, I’m taking part in this episode so I’m going to enjoy it even more.

I will post my leading entry on 27 September. Not sure yet what it will be, but I do know it’s going to be different from the last time I was in the contest. The last time I posted about the Exquisite Corpse, a surrealist poetry game. This time I’m taking a different approach to choosing the entry than I did last time. I think I’ll make a list of possibilities and then choose from that.

When I was a child I, liked playing follow-the-leader, which we played both during recess at school and at home. I must admit that none of us was very creative during those games. All though I do remember a game of follow-the-leader, my sister and I played at our grandparents’ house. We pretended to be horses and had to act like horses while we played the game.
