I've been a little apprehensive about the test tomorrow, but Laurelei (my instructor, Laurelei Pool), is going to let us take it home instead. YIPPEE! At least now I'll have an idea of what to expect on all future tests.

I have met a lot of good people already. I really like Anna and Vicky, and I would like to get to know Nina and Yvette better. I think hearing about their cultures and lifestyles (Nina is half Chinese, half Philippino, and Yvette is Jamaican) would be very interesting and educational. I would like to get to know all of them better., and I hope to foster some real friendships over the next two years.

Although the reading is overwhelming at this point, I do feel that I'm learning a lot, but whether or not I'll be able to retain all of this information remains to be seen.
