Blue Montana

24-7 and it wasn't even that close. A bad case of arachnophobia .... After the Griz failed to score on their first drive it was as if they gave in and gave up. So tonight Montana is blue. No football championship for the maroon and silver.

The Richmond Spiders and their coach deserved this win. It is the first ever for Richmond in any sport.

That was yesterday. Today the 20th it was a 23-7 for the Carroll College Saints of Helena in the NAIA championship played in Rome, Georgia. Montana goes for two national championship titles and comes home empty. C'est la vie; c'est la guerre; c'est le futbol.
