10.3.11 Bureaucracy
Quote of the Day: "Bureaucracy defends the status quo long past the time when the quo has lost its status." -Laurence J. Peter (1919 - 1988)

Having worked in a government child protection agency, I found this quote to be undeniably true.  I found the bureaucracy of the agency so frustrating. There is nothing proactive in a bureaucracy, even when they try to be. The structure of a company is vital to its outcome.
