Choice and faith are components of humanity's freewill. Each individual must decide his or her stand on the abortion issue. 2 Sperm and egg mate become one create a unique individual; at the moment of conception the human spirit, the human soul, takes up residence becomes part of the human equation. 3 The decision on whether or not to abort a human fetus... a human being... is the responsibility of two or three people: the woman, her doctor, and the father (if he is involved in the concept of parenthood). 4 I believe that the moment of conception is when a human life begins. I believe that the life of the mother should be the deciding factor in this decision, but I also believe that in the final analysis those responsible for making this decision must decide. 5 I chose to give birth to my daughter and give her up for adoption; however, I cannot make this decision for someone else, I can only advise if I am asked.
