Our day here was very pleasant and we ate too much. I ate too much, although I made every effort to cut back this year.

Then we spent some time with friends and relatives, and played some music with my daughter. She sang and I tried to accompany her, on the piano.

The cat remained absent during this noise.

Our widow friend came for lunch and the day was very sunny. I was so thrilled with a present my wife managed to hide from me until this morning.

Our dog was likewise pleased. She was also happy with the amount of scraps we didn't eat.



I hope your Christmas, around the globe today, is just as happy, and safe.
