Magic Brew, Raining Cats and Dogs

Blog City Prompt: You are making a magic brew. What does it do?

This magic brew will cure Ebola and all other diseases. It will also bring worlds peace. You can drink the brew one time and be disease free. The brew can be poured into bodies of water and drinking water. There are no side effects. Wouldn't life be great if this were true?

BCOF Prompt: What if it physically rained cats and dogs? How would the world be different?

We would have to have more animal shelters and get all the dogs and cats spaded. More people would need to adopt more pets. Some would land in our yards and if one dog was a husky or half wolf or all wolf, I would keep him. A black cat landed in my yard, I would keep him. Better yet. I will build a barn and keep all the dogs and cats that rained in my yard. We would have way too many homeless cats and dogs if it did rain cats and dogs. I guess I would be building shelters and taking donations to do so.
