So I am sitting here thinking about the difference in action vs. intent. If the document takes a team of lawyers to understand, the intent makes no difference. If a document becomes a living, breathing thing to be sought after, it takes only my eyes to understand it. That's the difference between the Constitution and most laws like say, Obamacare. The Constitution is simple and alive, the other is an endless Tome that has good intent, but no teeth.
