Ellipsis Points, Responsibility

Blog City Prompt: Lyn asked about elipsis points. Like do we use them or do we find them distracting?

I hate them. I feel like I am in Kindergarten and if I start to read an item and see these points, I won't read them. WHAT GOOD ARE THEY? They are annoying and I can't concentrate. Like the teacher wanting us to use foot notes. I hate those things, too. Just let me write my story or paper. Forget the extra crap.

BCOF Prompt: What personal responsibilities do we hold when we see something bad happening? What if it a friend or family member?

At my job. If I see a patient being abused, it is my responsibility to report it. If I see something happening like this in public, I will call 911. If it is a family member or friend, I will talk to that person. If it is my one cousin, I don't like, I would call the police on her. You would have to know my annoying cousin. We need to be responsible and help and protect others.
