Leap Year Celebration

Prompt: What kind of day would you make up for Leap Year Celebration?

I would have a festival with all types of food. There would be strawberry smoothies, shakes, ice cream, cakes, pies and all types of coffee. There would be frog jumping contests {after all it is leap year}, turtle racing contests, a elephant to pet, raffles on baskets of tea, coffee mugs, a painting display, potato sack races and maybe an Elvis impersonator.

Just a snowy day in Indiana. 20 some degrees. I came up blank for the prompts today so I just wrote something.
