I have figured out one way to get attention in the writing.com world. It is to write reviews. It is one of the things I have missed the most and look forward to improving exponentially. I have been in a funk in the writing way of looking at things. I am reminded of the fact that most of my writing was inspired by reviews of the many people that live and breathe on this site.
