To write or not

A poem longs to be written
And this I shall undertake
A song longs to be sang
And this I shall do
A story seeps out of my fingers
As I bang on the computer keyboard
A play needs to acted
And I shall be the fool
To do all of these things
And I’ll break all of the rules.
