BACK TO ITS WHOLENESS
We naturally feel that illness is bad, and that it disrupts our lives and

our mood becomes darker. In the midst of our frustration and sadness -

below the physical sensations and the emotional reactions -

can we find the one that is always unconcerned

and is always doing well?

It does not ask you to be happy about illness, or to deny your pain.

It is calling the attention back to its own wholeness,

so that we might experience our pain from the place

where we were never unwell, or tangled to begin with.
