As I write this,in a lot of pain from chronic crap in my body,I feel an energy that seems to transend what I'm dealing with. The higher power to be drawn on.... It's been a long very busy time in my life. I don't really need to deal with my personal reality for now,with so much awful things going on in the world. yet thank G-d and buddha there is also so much bravery and goodness as well. let hope live on!

As far as my writing life-lol it's taken a big backseat to the people who need me---family and being a special needs caregiver,teacher,nurse(without the paper R.N.),freelance Shrink,etc . I'm hoping to return here and share my thoughts and soul work. I feel crappy a few nice writers took the time to aid me by writing very helpful reviews. I also wanted to read some of there work and give thax and say hey! Gotta takre baby steps. And no I don't have time to edit too much at this point in time. this is the most nutty election I have ever seen since J.F.K was on TV! So much in my head and leaving notes on my ideas,to be like a breadcrumb trail. Hopefully to have enough time to finish all the many projects I never to over the years. be well Yall!
