Day 12 - 13 Days of Halloween - Devil's Delight

Thirteen floors of the Devil's Delight
A hotel on the edge of town
The one that is so very run down.
We'll take the elevator this coming night.

Ride it up, slow and steady
A sinking feeling clings in our belly
Then it stops, shakes... so very scelly!
We are terrified and definitely not ready.

The doors swing open, we see the city
The elevator drops, it's all a blur
I'd really like to get off this, sir
But he just laughs, tells us that's a pity.

The video would not play for me so I am not sure what to write about.... I checked the YouTube channel and found an elevator skit about a character reacting to a blast going off. Was that it? No. Then I found the one with Tom Hanks as Denny S. Pumpkins and thought it was stupid.
So I will go with my own variation of a scary elevator.... the one from an amusement park: The Tower of Terror
