HOW IS YOUR WALK? - December 11

How are you walking today? Ephesians 5:15 admonishes us "See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,"

Circumspect is defined as wary and unwilling to take risks: "the officials were very circumspect in their statements" synonyms: cautious · wary · careful · chary · guarded · on one's guard · watchful · alert · attentive · heedful · vigilant · leery · cagey · playing one's cards close to one's chest (Oxford Dictionary)

God doesn't want us flying by the seat of our pants... taking unnecessary risks.

We are to walk by faith (live by faith, watch by faith, see by faith, inquire in faith and speak by faith); we are not to walk blindly, hither and thither... That kind of walk is not only unwise, but it doesn't give a good witness to the world, those who are watching us walk out our lives in Christ.

And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. ~Genesis 5:24 (KJV)

And [in continual reverent fear and obedience] Enoch walked with God; and he was not [found among men], because God took him [away to be home with Him]. ~Genesis 5:24 (AMP)
