CES 2017 (Consumer Electronics Show) opened this week in Las Vegas, Nevada, and here are some of the weirder items on display and potentially coming to a store or online shop near you. Any thoughts or opinions on any of the items? Anything you might be interested in?

I laughed when I saw some of these items, especially the refrigerator cam. Seriously?

If I would be even minutely interested in any of those products it would be the 42 Tea Smart Cube but for $55 I would probably pass go and use a timer instead.

It really does amaze me what people will buy for the sake of having something no one else does. I am a pretty simple person, don't even have a smart phone, so anything that costs too much for doing too little doesn't interest me. I can find better ways of spending my money.

Once in a while something comes out that does interest me (Shark Tank has a few of those). I give all the credit in the world to the inventors out there who are constantly striving to find a product that will interest the consumer. It takes a lot of talent and "stick to it" grit, marketing, and self confidence.
