this form is known as the Haiku Sonnet


you have four Haikus followed by a couplet of 7,5, syllables.








Lingering Love

There’s a melody


Playing in my head of you


I'll sing it today





The morning brings love


I’m wondering if it’s real


Love is in my heart





Never shall we part


Yet here we are so broken


Love still lingers on





My heart is deafened


But loudly I feel the pulse


Always in my heart





Are you leaving me alone


Love's forever cursed.
