The Blogging Circle of Friends prompt is "Use this six words in a poem or story: expressive, auction, cybernetic, genetic, better, false."

I

am running an auction today
I could not find a better way
Of funding my expressive sites
I would hate to give my membership last rites.

I am no cybernetic implant surgeon
Of poverty I am no virgin
If anybody believe that false they're wrong
I have been without work too long.

A genetic engineer I am not
Each week finds me in a tight spot
I do all I can to survive
I feel fortunate to be alive.

Help me out and at my auction place your bid
Help my membership out of the skid.

T

o answer that question I would need to know what kind of weather we're talking about. If it's a snowstorm/blizzard I would attempt to get home before it actually hit. If it was a tornado I would attempt to find something to get down in such as a culvert or underpass. If it was a thunderstorm I'd likely just keep driving until it became dangerous to do so, at which time I would pull over and wait it out. if it was a hurricane I never would have left safety or I would have long since evacuated. If it was raining nuclear weapons, which is very possible in the future with circumstances being what they are, I would put my head between my knees and kiss my butt goodbye!
