I think of butterflies on a gentle windy day and a woman out walking her dog by a pond or the woods. Bees in the flowers and not bothering anyone. A walk around Lake Michigan and boats on the lake. A walk in a park where there is woods and nature's animals.

I put artificial flowers in a cat planter on my cat's grave and she has a name plate by it. Butterflies flutter by it. She is at peace.

Spring can make us happy. Warm days and beauty surrounds us. These are the days we treasure. After a gentle rain, we smell the air and birds fly over head and if we are lucky, we catch a rainbow. Okay. See one. Another gift from God and nature. Canadian geese by a pond and frogs love it, too. A rabbit stops by for a drink and maybe we see a deer or two. These things bring happiness to me.
