I am a firm supporter of women's rights as is the God I serve. Throughout the Bible there are incidents in which God did great things under the leadership of godly women. However my support of women's rights ends at abortion. I believe as does my church, that abortion is murder. I know that there are situations in which abortion seems justified such as rape or incest. However these situations are not the fault of the baby and should not result in abortion when adoption is always an option. I am not the judge however so I do not pretend to sit in judgment of anybody who has an abortion. I stand firm in my belief that women are just as capable as men in the workforce and should be recognized as such.
