Existence is free in the sunlit forest.
Where only animals scurry about the land.
I love to watch from my perch.
I built a platform in a tree.
Where I can witness nature at work.


Ronka is a short poetic form devised by Ken Ronkowitz with five lines of seven words each, without regard for syllable counts, reflecting an observation of the day, "as seen in the outside world and the inside world of dwellings and the mind."
