We go about our daily life whether it is working a job, reading, doing housework, raising a family, a pet, watching TV, lunch with friends and visiting people. We all do things we don't like. I worked in mental health and started to dislike it for a lot of reasons. I loved most of the patients but it was hard. I found happiness in reading, being with my husband, writing, watching TV Shows, being with my cat and going shopping. What we do everyday can make us happy.

I don't like cooking but I like to eat. I enjoy a clean house. Being with friends makes me happy. We need to find happiness in daily routines. We do have a life and we can't hide in a room all day. THAT would make you unhappy. Since I am retired, I do things that make me happy. The world is a better place when we are happy.
