Longing

Prompt: What is longing for you and what are you longing for in general?

Right now, a cure and vaccine for this blanking virus! I worry everyday about this and I remember years ago, I worried about getting married someday and getting a house. I got a husband and a house and I endured some surgeries and illnesses along the way. I pray and God has got me through things and I know he will again. I worry and long for a cure and vaccine for everyone. All the politics. I have lost faith in them years ago. I live each day as it comes and I stay safe. I don't go out much. It is like, Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. I hope the world gets a cure and we get back to normalcy. Those riots? Like seriously? What are you six? You need a time out and worry about what's going in the world and help each other not destroy things. I long for a normal, happy world and I pray sciencitists got this, like yesterday. There you have it. This is my story and I'm sticking to it.
