Every Knot

Ev'ry knot in yarn of red
will help the craft be made.
Each knitted knot is woven, wed,
a gift of longish braid.

The handmade necklace, crafted yarn
by wire, it's kept in place
becomes a gift on birthday's morn
with love and lasting grace.

The knots repeated o'er, again,
all take some time to do,
but when an hour is past, it's then
the project's fully through.

Repeating knots to make each gift
is really not a weight
for when all hearts be fully lift,
the feeling's truly great.
