Wonder Why

To live the days of "wonder why"
as though they're really good
will lift the heart from daily cry
on boards of cedarwood.

The days of "wonder why" become
a time of growth we need.
Divide the lessons. Live the sum,
and hope we'll always read.

Each "wonder why" can stop our tracks,
impeding future bliss.
The burning sun can melt the wax,
and cause us grace to kiss.

These days of hope do come our way,
a gift of God's reply.
Our joy of life is lived each day
beyond each "wonder why."
