| A child of the sixties no stranger to conflict I grew up in the flickering shadows of a world on fire. Just a spectator to the protests - sit in, lie down, be shot. No peace down in Ohio, no peace in Vietnam, no peace for the child, wearing only Napalm. No understanding in the news, of bombs exploded for peace, by those who proclaim love. But flowers don’t stop bullets, they adorn caskets. Time passes but it’s all the same. The flames grow higher in hatred and fear, now love isn’t even part of the game.
