A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Timelines Slowed Me Down a Lot Don’t worry. The move is over. And I have gotten a lot of writing written on my second scriptwriting project, The Problems with Death. But it’s not as much written as I should have gotten written because it took me so long to get the timelines for this project right. I thought that I had worked out the timelines before I went to sleep last night. But when I started updating my Scene Outline today, I realized that it still needed a little bit of an adjustment. It was very good. But it wasn’t good enough. So, I when in to change it. It did need to be changed that much. But it did take me about an hour to do. Add that to the two hours that it took me to update this project. one hour before and about one hour after it. That’s why I didn’t get more writing written than I should have been able to do. The timelining did slow me down a lot. But that wasn’t the only thing that slowed me down. It was also the move. I was so busy with the move that I didn’t have too much time with my working on this project. As a result, I had some catching up to do before I continued it. What does all this mean? It means that I have only been able to work on this project for a few hours. That’s why I didn’t get as much writing done on it than I should have or that I thought that I would. After all, the move is over. So, I should have plenty of time to work on it now. Am I going to continue working on it after I finish writing and posting this blog entry? Yes, I am. True, I don’t know how much more I will get written. but even a few is better than nothing. I’m hoping to get a lot written. but I will probably be lucky if I get five more single paragraphs.
