God’s Promise

I was ashamed of my past sins
But I prayed to God and then
He sent word to me through a book
Jesus died for your sin each and every crook

Don’t weigh yourself down with grief
It is enough to call on Him with belief
Confess and repent of all your sins
Leave them behind and God will win.

God made a promise to each of us
Accept Him in to your heart and thus
He will forgive and come in to sup with you
He will guide your ways and lead you through.
