Suffering Pneumonia

This weekend I was very ill
Suffered from pneumonia
Kidney stones as well
Spent some time in the hospital
Throwing up non stop and in pain
I cried and prayed for God to help
I suffered severely by myself
My fever spiked at one hundred and two
I got to go home Monday afternoon
My headaches and my cough is rough
I’ll be glad when I heal from this stuff
I will be glad when I can keep food down
The whole weekend was stressful at best
My blood pressure was dangerous
Couldn't bring it down
Now I’m home feeling better at last
Although not completely, I still feel down.
My Condition is shared by many every day
People suffer in many ways
The human condition can be so bad
You know what I mean if you’d ever had
Any illness that makes one sad.
