Will include: Hawai'i, Japan, Australia, South Africa, Untied Arab Emirates, Portugal, Norway, Ireland and... (2015) ... Norway and Estonia (2016), México (2018), Taiwan, Balkans, Baltics, Turkey, Costa Rica, Nicaragua.

Two years ago we went in the beginning of April and their early heat wave had the blossoms pretty much gone in Tokyo. I did get a picture in front of one that was still blooming.

We use Hawaiian Airlines (now owned by Alaska). Going into HND. Arrive March 19 late and leave April 3 late. We'll be touring north initially, so hoping for lots of pink.

When in the Spring? Chance you will be there in April for the cherry blossoms?

In 2015 my flight from HNL to NRT was on China Airlines. It's the first time I tried takoyaki.

Going to HND, NRT or elsewhere? How long?

...

Still working on flights but Jan/Feb seems doable. Wish I were there now.

We just booked our spring trip to Japan. Fortunately, being in the middle of the Pacific, the flights are non-stop, once you get to HNL. There is one route where you change planes in Guam, and it's only a thirty minute connection. Not even enough time to see any brown tree snakes.

Been thinking about ventuing further. SIN is just a hop from Tokyo. Maybe in a couple years?

My brother posts his pictures on Flickr. I haven't used it except to view, so I'm not sure how sending links work. I do know that I can view because he set it to "share" with me after i did an account there. but it doesn't collect personal data, just email address..

WDC isn't set up for photos or video; and even on FB it's time consuming, especially with hashtags and translations.

Do the links suffice?
I'm trying to rotate themes and images.
