Do you think CRM is important? or not...

I know that it may have been a while since some of you have heard it, but it is one of the guiding principles of business. It may have gotten a little lost in the swarm if Internet startups and everything with a dot com on the end and IPOs by the hundreds. Yet even with all that frenzy, nothing really changed in the realm of doing business. So here it is again as a reminder: “The Customer is King”. Without the almighty customer, your business is nothing but a pile of hefty expenses.<p>
