Living in today's world is extremely difficult. It's hard to have and achieve our dreams, in my opinion. It's not that it can't be done, but I think it happens less and less each day.

Hi 😊 I saw your poem Lost (on the hub wall) you are an honest and brave soul to share that... I can relate to the subject and wanted to let you know there are other souls out here in WDC land for support. I belong to a good group of folks who deal with anxiety and depression lol!
The little bit of your blog I read shows that you are smart and have right on perception of life.
Just passing through and will read and review soon.
I just got finished with my last assignment in a course here. It was about showing the characters' emotions rather than just telling. I learned a lot from it!

I beg to differ, being trapped in this corrupted focus, one has to play by the rules to survive. Thus the bullshit sayings like " To the victor goes the spoils" and " He with the gold makes all the rules." War, though i agree with you is serious human folly, solves who is on top of the pile at the end of the day, even if it is a pile of shit.

I agree love is needed to fix the quandry of the system we have in place to govern, but i would add that that love needs to be tempered by Respect. It's hard to act against a person you respect and you don't have to love them to do so.

We forget. WW1 is forgotten. WW2 is almost forgotten. Numerous wars in the US lead to a numbness with every death. And once numbed we forget.

We barely embrace our fellow humans. We wage war on all other life-forms. In the end... inhumane humanity will be forgotten. Not all creation-stories have happy endings.

Examples come to mind. Observant Jews have hundreds of laws and many spend time obsessing over which ones apply where and when. Switzerland is notorious for rigid laws, as is Singapore.

Simple exhortations like "love thy God, love thyself, love others (especially your enemies)" get drowned out by pedantic nitpickers (example: US Supreme Court).

I agree with ideals and goals in spite of what others pursue or block; but, goals without measurable objectives are abstract and 'squishy'.

One example from my experience... I had a bbq in my garden for 15 years on August 28th for MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech. I invited a wide range of people. Usually 30-80 came. I may never know the impact but it was an act I could measure.

Humanity's Fate

Austerity tries to justify itself and is a form of taxation that ought not to be used. It's a form of hate when laws are twisted.

Common rules of law on the planet are required.

Ever wonder why history repeats? When you do the same things over and over it gives you the same results.

Get rid of duplication, merge everything. Establish common rules for all. Then you get rid of currency differences. Adopt a single currency for humanity.

This is required in order to prevent humanity's extinction.

The United Nations is the construct to use to merge everything underneath it.

Humanity's fate rests upon this construct being embraced. Else we will continue to generate death. That's not future forward thinking.

We are trapped within a reactionary construct.

The green initiative has been defunded for so long that it will take time under austerity (Caps and Lines on all treasuries) along with taxation and debt collection to fund anything new.

WE ARE CAUGHT WITHIN A REACTIONARY CONSTRUCT!!! WORSE, THIS IS DONE TO ENSLAVE AND MAINTAIN CONTROL FOR THE FEW OVER THE MANY!!! This abuse of our lives MUST STOP!!!

Have you ever noticed that in the news they talk about potential issues but nothing is accomplished in a proactive manor. Look at the poor people in Florida to pick upon one example. Things to consider.

In order for humanity to reach its true potential, we have to simply eliminate conflicts between opinions and create a playing field with common rules (laws). This will do more for society that people realize (you want to get rid of the issues of migration, eliminate currency differentials).

Our planet is a sanctuary where life is our sacred trust, not greed and hoarding to maintain control.
