Falling down can be scary, but getting back up's always a plus! Unnecessary trip (pun intended) over hill and dale to the eye doctor, but now you have a tale to tell!

Having the stuff you need handily stored in a tote is a great idea. My mom had a closet in the basement devoted to storing stuff like that.

Life is too short to argue with those in your life. You never tell us who 'she' is that you argue with, that's okay. Take care of yourself though, love yourself. I firmly believe you have to love yourself first before anyone else can truly love you.

hope I got it right LoL! Thanks for the truthful message and input ( even if I'm late in answering!) I for sure appreciate y'all stopping by and sharing. Its not easy for us dealing with food issues but there's strength in numbers and being there for each other here!!!

Sugar and simple starches are evil. My blood pressure was bordering on high for years, even after cutting out salt. I would wake up mornings stiff and hurting, especially where I had injured myself over the years. Even my vision would change from day to day for no apparent reason.

A couple of years ago, I got tired of being obese and decided to try the Keto diet, which all but eliminates carbs, so no sugar, no simple carbs, and limited healthy carbs. In days, my blood pressure was down within normal parameters, my heart rate lowered, I didn't hurt in the mornings, and my eyesight straightened out. I felt terrific!

After losing just over fifty pounds through the winter, I stopped my Keto diet, knowing it would be difficult to stay with it through the summer, but I still avoided most simple carbs except for rare occasions like birthdays and holidays; I'll enjoy a bit of the goodies in moderation.

So glad you are better! I have a thing with sugar..it's hard but it's really gard on kidneys and i have CKD.

Weekly goals OT and Jan 26 to be continued!

Well me and y'all here I be! 🐝
We haven't been able to do our laundry 🧺 because of freezing weather. Maybe tomorrow. Got sis her reading glasses and they are useless. And made by an expert (?) in low vision.
I'm not impressed and will have to return to do my Google maps reviews...
On the writing front, Thinking about the Dear me contest and if I can pull it together by Wed? It's due Friday and we have her injection in eye that day.

Anyway pain is rough with these freezing temps even with heating thanks God.
I started taking notes 🎶 on an old project, Dee Dee's 🐝 🦌 Playhouse.

Kind of Captain Kangaroo 🦘 and Romper room shows from old school time.
Finding out things like who has Silicone in the bottom of their sugar, when you pour hot water on a cup of great value sugar and put in a strainer...
Maybe should add to my Twilight zone group instead.
Truth is truly stranger than fiction anymore...
