Wow, it sounds like you've been through some stress! It's nice that the two of you were able to get out and do some shopping. Definitely keep connecting with your friends. It's helpful for you and for them! I hope plans go well for your future spinal surgery and that the actual surgery is uneventful and successful.

I have had surgery on my spine. It was scary but things turned out fine.

I agree; it's hard to find good quality anything here in The States. I think it's sad that companies insist on focusing on finances rather than quality when it comes to making products. But we have to do the best we can and do a lot of research before purchasing anything. I hope your new toaster lasts for a long time. I can't tell you how old our toaster is. Can't tell you the brand name right now either or where it was made, but it's a four-slice toaster and we've had it for a very long time.

Dear God, please protect this family and everyone on the highways and byways, on foot, bicycles, motorcycles, and other conveyances. Help those in need of heat, shelter, and any other basic needs. Please comfort and help the sick and injured have a complete recovery in Jesus' name, amen.

I'm feeling better but a bit tired today. It was raining hard from 4:23 am and into most of the day!
Thanks for your cheers for my writing 😊! It's been a challenge to do it every day LoL, but wanted to keep at it this time.
Last year I missed a couple of days but did my best.

You're amazing too! You're doing Nano and so much else! So glad you feel better and getting everything, including your dishes done haha 😹!

I got out from the appointment 2 cigarettes 🚬 ago or so. After filling out a tablet and pages of what's going on.

The bottom line is my spine can't be fixed 😞😭 period.

I will go to physical therapy.
Get back to my house 🏠 Ballet 🩰
To strengthen my muscles.

As freaked out as I am about getting 💉 needles in my spine.
It's a chance at some relief as my bones have little cushion anymore.

I saw and took a picture of my x-ray 🩻. It's gotten worse since 3 years ago.
I'm not quitting smoking but will work on cutting ✂️ down. I'm only human!

I cried after the nurse left but have to be strong.

Thanks for being there for me.

Good morning 🌄 and hi y'all. It's been 6 days ( daze) since I shared here. Thanks for keeping my notification 🔔 bell ringing ☺️. I really mean it. It kept me grounded and connected to y'all and this community.

So update, last Wed I saw the orthopedic person at the clinic.
They took about 8 x rays and put them on a disk 💿.

I'm seeing a spine surgeon specialist in a few. The transport van just dropped me off.

I will be back later to fill you in. I'm nervous, hopeful and feel yuk.
