Greets, They would contact me. We do require a copy of a death certificate. We do also sometimes accept a verifiable obituary... though when in doubt, we will require for a copy of a death certificate to be sure we're relaying true and accurate information of one's passing to the community. As for specifics of flipping items over and such... you'd really have to leave your heirs some detailed instructions on how to log into your account and make that happen. We don't offer a program that goes so far as to customize things like that in your account. You'd want to type up a document that explained basically what to do and which items you'd want them to do it with. Members of the community and this forum could certainly help someone who was not familiar with using the site to make that happen. Something you may want to leave in there is a customized portfolio bio that is closer to an obituary than most of us have in our bio's and bioblocks now. White cases can't be logged into once they are flipped to white, so the family member(s) would make any changes needed to the portfolio before we could turn the case and give it our memorial status. At that point, all the expenses of maintaining the portfolio online are on us and the family has no further obligations. Hope this helps! ~~SM A Few Helpful Tips...
