Ok, well that would explain it and would for sure be the problem...

Our current order ID #'s are in the 318,000 range! That order ID for your account was already paid way back on April 26th, 2020... as such, our system could not re-process the already paid order.

I apologize for the trouble on this. I'm really not at all sure how this could have happened and have never seen it before.

I've gone ahead and refunded that payment... Screenshot attached here:


If you'd like to place a new order, please start over in our shop and go from scratch on it.
