THE PROMPT CONTEST! Rules: 1. All writing should be newly created for this contest. 2. Please post entries in your port first, and in the contest forum in bitem format. 3. All writing should be creative and original, any plagarism is NOT tolerated. 4. Please post a rating (following w.com's guidelines) in the subject line of your post. All genres are accepted and all ratings. 5. Length should be no more than 500 words. 6. Prompt will be posted below, any entries not using the prompt as the first line (or part of the first line) will be disqualified. Due to seemingly severe confusion with these rules...I am going to add that all styles of writing are being acceped-shorts, poetry, essays...etc... Length which is referenced above (#5) is for ALL TYPES/STYLES. The goal of this contest is to see where you, the writer/creator, can take this. All that you must do is make sure that you have no more than 500 words in your entry (yes, less is fine), and follow the prompt.
