Just a note on this.

When I use Internet Explorer to check my mail, it puts me at the bottom when I reply. But, when I use Opera web browser, it puts me at the top for a reply. I think it is more based on how each browser handles entry fields on a web page.

... but then, that is just my guess. *Wink*
