You're so not the only one. I think out a lot of my stories when I'm in bed and have actually spoken the dialogue outloud on more than one occasion to commit what I want to memory. I also have a voice program that I can speak into with a mic and it types what I'm saying. It's great because I will talk as I write a lot of the time as well so it saves me the transcription time.
