I'm not sure where I lay on the immigration debate. The senate just passed an amnesty bill set to legalize 14 million, beginning after the boarder is secured, and requires no criminal record, a 5k fine, and employment 90% of the time during the 8 year wait. Seems alright to me, 8 years for the Republican party to find a way to survive. Most immigrants will probably be Democrats, but Mexican Immigrants tend to be conservative Christian, which is very important to me.
I like Rudy because of where he disagrees with the GOP, even though I am pro-life and low gun control, I want someone with his own mind who doesn't tow the line.
