Writer's Fallout Shelter

That Liam person who actually started this forum has a habit of telling me that story trumps all. That the skills of writing, apart from the mechanical skills (grammar, spelling, etc.), are not as important as having a story to tell. The thing is, experience has shown me that, to a certain degree, he's right. (He's always right; it can get very annoying.) But, I'm interested in hearing what you guys think about it.
