I agree. Most of the low ratings I recieve have come with absolutely no explanation, no suggestions to improve... If reviews could be delivered without ratings, there would be an easy way for writers to gain true thoughts about their pieces, without having to wonder whether the rating scale has been skewed. People might also be more willing to review pieces if there was no pressure to match a number to their feelings.
