Actually, titles aren't covered under US Copyright law, and parts of titles are not. In this case, if you really want to play it safe, you could check to see if Ya-Ya is trademarked. If it is, then a title change is in the cards. If not, it's fair game.

If all else fails, copyright.gov is always available and is the easiest government site to navigate (at least that I've seen).
