Self-Publishing vs. Commercial Publishing
A long, long time ago, Jessie and I expressed different viewpoints about self-publishing. (I don't know if she'll even remember the discussion.) If everyone is game, I thought we could explore the self-publishing debate in a little more depth.

For starters, what are the pros and cons of self-publishing and what are the pros and cons of commercial, what some call traditional, publishing?
