Gentle Giantesses

All the characters will be on the same planet, earth.
but in different universes. Tucker, Jak, and Blake have girlfriends. One is giantess, (Doctor) The other is a Goddess who has the power to change size at will (Luigi) and the last one isn't a giantess but, she will be chosen to be one in the future.(Blake)

If everyone can give me a mini-story, I can get some inspiration.
